Six– Week Workshop: Fridays from 6:00-7:00 PM
October 13– November 17, 2017
In this group you will learn the skills you need to cope with stress successfully, and you will also learn to achieve the balance necessary to maintain progress towards your goals. The group will focus on four main areas:
- Mood regulation skills– how to regulate your mood in order to cope with emotions successfully.
- Interpersonal effectiveness skills– learn how to get what you want/need from your relationships and how to communicate effectively.
- Distress tolerance skills– discover new ways to cope in situations that cause high levels of stress.
- Prevention skills—learn to identify and avoid problem triggers.

Cost: $150 for 6 weeks ($10 copay per week for students with SHBP), payable in advance by check or credit card, phone, or online at www.trinitycounseling.org.
